EAPS is temporarily offline as a precaution

As a precaution, we have temporarily put the EAPS website into maintenance mode. As a result, the website is currently unavailable.

As reported in the news, this concerns a serious security issue in PHP, the technology that a large part of the internet runs on, including the EAPS website. Two vulnerabilities have been found that could allow malicious parties to gain unauthorised access to servers. The official fix will be released later today, but details about the vulnerabilities have already become public. That is why we are not waiting.

At this time, there is no indication that any data has been accessed or leaked.

As soon as the fix is available, we will install it on all our systems and test everything thoroughly. Only when we are certain that your data is safe will we bring the website back online. We expect this to be later today.

We understand that this is inconvenient, but when it comes to your data, security always comes first.
